Returns Policy
We want you to order with confidence.
- Return Window: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in original packaging. Installed/used parts aren’t eligible.
- Authorization Required: Email sales@finaldrivedirect.com for a Return Authorization (RA) before sending anything back.

- UK: Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped in error.
- EU & North America: Customer pays return shipping plus any duties/customs on the return.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: Up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns or items missing original packaging/accessories.
Damaged, Short, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect deliveries upon arrival.
- Report Within: 7 days of delivery.
- What to Send: Order number, photos of the item and packaging (inside and outside), and a brief description.
- Resolution: We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost if damage/shortage/incorrect shipment is confirmed.

Warranty Returns
All new final drives and hydraulic components are backed by a 12-month warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
To start a claim, email sales@finaldrivedirect.com with:
- Order number and proof of purchase
- Machine make/model/serial
- Description of the issue and operating conditions
- Clear photos and/or video showing the fault and installation (if applicable)
Remedies may include repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion after evaluation. Warranty does not cover labor, wear-and-tear, misuse, contamination, incorrect installation, or operation outside manufacturer specifications.
Non-Returnable Items
- Special-order or custom-built parts
- Used, rebuilt, or clearance items (unless defective on arrival)
- Any item that has been installed, modified, or not in resalable condition
Address & Packaging Guidelines
- Use sturdy packaging and insure the shipment for the item’s value.
- Include the RA number clearly on the label/box.
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Coverage
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Warranty applies to parts only. Labor costs, removal, installation, or associated expenses are not covered.
- Coverage applies to products purchased directly from Final Drive Direct or our authorized distributors.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Incorrect installation or improper use
- Lack of maintenance or use of contaminated fluids
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Warranty Claim Process
- Email sales@finaldrivedirect.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide photos and/or videos showing the fault and installation setup.
- Our team will review the claim and, if approved, arrange for repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion.
Return Shipping
- Return freight is initially covered by Final Drive Direct for evaluation.
- If the claim is denied, return shipping costs may be billed to the customer.
